A: I had been in the service industry for years, owning a small flooring installation business, and was convinced by a business man I had worked for, who had the idea of dust free wood renewal and needed someone to take it from his head, teach it to hundreds of new franchisee’s and build it into the nationwide wood renewal franchise, N-Hance Wood Refinishing which I did with his help. After 10 years as Master Franchise and Technical Trainer for them, I left to start NorthWest Cabinet Painting and am still passionate for what I do to this day!
